harmony and functionality

the bedrooms with private bathroom

At La Cimetta, three beautifully appointed bedrooms are designed to provide guests maximum comfort. Each room is connected but isolated by its exclusive, windowed, bright bathroom. Both rooms, the bedroom with its bathroom, are isolated from the central corridor by a small anteroom that provides privacy. The two double bedrooms have a spacious twin bed, two windows obscured by wooden balconies, and a large closet in keeping with the style of the house. All bathrooms in the home are spacious and bright, with a window overlooking the garden. Except for the one in the children's room, which has a comfortable bathtub, they have a shower, sink, and bidet. The third room, which is somewhat smaller, has a bunk bed that the children use with great fun. Upon request, the lower bed will be converted into a double bed. Children will find an area dedicated to toys in the central part of the backlit closet.

THE EQUIPPED KITCHEN

The Cimetta kitchen, as is often the case, is the heart of the house. It is well equipped with countless utensils at your disposal. The cooktop has five burners. Stainless steel pots and pans of different diameters are available. A convenient shelf is a coffee corner with a wide selection of Nespresso and Aeroccino capsules. The dishwasher is equipped with eco-friendly tablets that are part of the detergent line used in our home.

the large living room

The living room is extremely cosy. On the wall of the large fireplace are books in several languages about the territory and history of the Veneto region. A very comfortable corner sofa lends itself to reading and watching a 50-inch television. A 'large window opens to the garden and the Grappa massif, offering an enchanting view. Two cupboards and a sideboard house multiple sets of plates and glasses to set the table elegantly and creatively.

the garden

A garden with enchanting views surrounds La Cimetta. The driveway to the house leads up to the car park, from which a flight of steps leads to the pool area. Cherry and pine trees create a cool, shady area above a children's playhouse with a covered sandpit. From the car park, a walkway narrows towards the lower part of the hill, passing through olive and apple trees to the valley floor.

the private swimmingpool

The swimming pool is open all year round to combine the presence of water with the landscape and the warmth of the best hospitality that La Cimetta offers its guests. It is an oasis of freshness on the hottest days. The location of the house protects it from the north winds, so it can be used from mid-spring to early autumn. Fans of cold baths also use it in winter. Although it is in operation all year round, it is rarely used in the cold months, as raising the temperature to 25 degrees is possible but involves relatively high additional costs. Sun loungers are available all year round, adding an elegant and harmonious finishing touch to the outdoor area.

porticos

The whole house is surrounded by porches lit by the sun's rays throughout the day and is equipped to be enjoyed at all times. The one facing south has a splendid large fireplace used in all seasons for grilling food. It is internally lit so that it can also be used in the evening. Wood from the grove in front is available to guests at no extra charge. The porch has a walnut table that is used year-round.

The west porch is equipped with wicker sofas and is lit by the rays of sunset. All the arches are framed externally by vegetation leaning against the house's walls and curtains protecting from direct light, creating a pleasant and intimate atmosphere.

The north porch, the coolest, offers a splendid panoramic view of the Grappa massif and Mount Archeson, the access pass to the Dolomites.
