Our home, embellished with colourful and harmonious furnishings, is a hub of positivity. The beamed ceilings, a hallmark of our architecture, create a serene ambience, perfect for a relaxing holiday.


We strive to make your stay comfortable and memorable, and we like to provide many utensils that we ask you to pay attention to in terms of care and tidiness. For us, it is essential to offer an efficient service with the style we hold so dear, but it is the order of the items that we ask you not to move,

At Cimetta, we are deeply committed to environmental sustainability. We use energy-saving light bulbs and renewable energy sources and monitor consumption to avoid waste. We kindly request your assistance in this effort. Your responsible consumption is not just a tiny step but a significant contribution towards a greener future, aligning with our shared values.

Please report any damage or malfunctions we may have missed during cleaning. We have to intervene promptly. We will not charge you for minor inconveniences such as broken glass, but we ask you to inform us of any replacements that need to be made.

Rest assured, at Cimetta, we have meticulously planned for your every need so that you can truly relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about the little things. We have thought of everything from bed linen and towels to tablecloths, glasses and cutlery. We thoroughly clean everything after each departure, checking all appliances to ensure impeccable service at all times, providing you with a worry-free stay.


PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING HOUSEHOLD RULES CAREFULLY and INFORM US IMMEDIATELY of any malfunctions in order to be able to repair the damage as soon as possible and avoid any misunderstandings.



THE RULES


1. SECURITY DEPOSIT. A security deposit of €500 is required on arrival, which will be used based on calculating electricity costs

for any additional services (if not already pre-ordered via the booking engine) and for replacing materials following damage

caused to the facility. The security deposit will be returnedat the end of the stay by bank transfer.

On arrival, we will fill a form in in which meter readings and travellers' document data will be entered,
resulting in the handing over of the keys to the property.


2. SEPARATE rubbish properly. In the garden, there are three different containers suitable for
a)PAPER    b)GLASS. PLASTICS, CANS,   c)NON-RECyclable DRY,    c) HUMID, a smaller container for vegetable kitchen waste.

To avoid retroactive fines, the value of the time spent redistributing waste will be deducted from the deposit.

3. DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE and household utensils. To properly restore the structure upon your departure,

you are kindly requested not to move the position of the items to carry out the checks effectively. Since the space

to be checked is relatively large, having the items in the same place you found them is essential. Even keys to doors
and cupboards should not be replaced (warning to children only!). Any discrepancies take precious time when tidying up
and in conditions of severe disorder, will be charged additionally.

4. TURN OFF THE LIGHTS in unused rooms: the starry sky of the Asolo hills is an added value of our facility, enjoying

the dark is a privilege, and light pollution must be fought even in this way! Equally, we recommend you turn off the

pool lights after 1 am.


5. DO NOT USE CITRONELLA CANDLES on porous floors such as terracotta tiles or wood. The house is equipped with
certified one-week electrical devices that you will find sealed and ready to use to protect you from insects, suitable for use
under the porches outdoors, our beloved and harmless little bats will take care of it outside in the field.


6. PLEASE REQUEST consumables such as coffee capsules and detergents to our email address or WhatsApp number.
We will happily replace the original NESPRESSO appliance tablets and coffee capsules. It is our expense, so please feel

free to send us an email or WhatsApp message.

7. DO NOT LEAVE the parasols around the pool open when you leave the house, even if only briefly. Sudden gusts

of wind or frequent short summer storms can damage parasols if left unattended, and restoration costs due to carelessness

will, unfortunately, be charged.

8. DO NOT FORGET OBJECTS such as life rings or bulky inflatables in the house. Every year, we dispose of plastic
left by guests: please deflate and fold the life rings and take them back with you,

 
9. WE THANK YOU for cooperating and contributing to the community's well-being. For you who are a SMART GUEST
(you have booked through this site, haven't you?) and that have left the house in excellent condition will be
activated a generous gift voucher for the Cima del Pomer Shop and the La Cimetta Asolo sites.
